This hub reads article-plan.md and nav.json from disk. Serve the ticker folder so edits stay in git for agents: python3 serve.py 8765, then open http://127.0.0.1:8765/. Plain http.server also works, but in-browser saving is off without serve.py. The pinned Article plan item opens the collaboration surface: article structure plus what to research.
